Sphinx: 以簡體字搜尋 CBETA

使用 OpenCC 將簡體轉為繁體，再做搜尋，並回傳筆數。

例: https://cbdata.dila.edu.tw/stable/sphinx/sc?q=四圣谛

限制搜尋範圍 的參數也都可以使用。
